Mechanical Engineer / Plumber £44,000–£47,000 | Mobile Role – West London We’re hiring for a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber to join an established facilities management provider, covering a mobile contract across West London. The Mechanical Engineer / Plumber will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and carrying out remedial works across mechanical and plumbing systems, including HIU equipment and associated plant. Responsibilities for a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber * Carrying out planned servicing and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems * Completing remedial works and reactive repairs * Servicing and maintaining Heat Interface Units (HIUs) * Carrying out plumbing repairs and fault finding * Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard * Completing maintenance records and relevant documentation Requirements * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent * Experience carrying out mechanical and plumbing servicing and remedial works * HIU servicing experience * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills What’s On Offer for a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber * £44,000–£47,000 salary, depending on experience * Mobile role covering West London * Long-term opportunity within a growing engineering team
