Foot Mobile Engineer\\n\\nDue to continued growth our client is currently looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team. This Foot Mobile Engineer role is for an existing portfolio of commercial sites in Zones 1 – 6.\\n\\nAs a Foot Mobile Engineer your key responsibilities will be:\\n\\n * Complete PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner to the HVAC equipment within our contracts, for example: o FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls) AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves) Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs), L8 Water Hygiene Tasks\\n\\n * To carry out PPM duties to the relevant schedule when covering engineers.\\n\\n * To make sure all site paperwork is kept up to date and sent to office at required frequency.\\n\\n * To carry out reactive works when requested within an acceptable timeframe.\\n\\n * Provide clear and detailed information when quotations are to be provided.\\n\\n * Ensure that sub-contractors used carry out work in accordance with company instructions.\\n\\n * The Mobile Engineer will inform the Contracts Manager of any issues which are relevant and may escalate.\\n\\n * To carry out overtime when needed to complete the agreed out of hours works time on site, arranging and managing extra personal as required.\\n\\n * To provide reports where needed for the out of hours servicing, within an acceptable timeframe after the servicing.\\n\\nSkills and Qualities:\\n\\n * Candidates should hold a City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC discipline.\\n\\nAdditional Benefits\\n\\nYou’ll be reimbursed through monthly expenses for travel within zones 1-6, issued a smart phone, uniform, PPE & specialist tools, plus all the training and support you need to build a career with us.\\n\\n * Company mobile for business use\\n\\n * Company tablet\\n\\n * 25 days holiday\\n\\n * Company pension scheme\\n\\n * Company health scheme (after a qualification period)\\n\\n * Expenses paid for any out of pocket expenses incurred\\n\\n * Hand tools to be supplied by the engineer, and any specialist tools required will be supplied by the client.\\n\\n * Hours of work 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.\\n\\n * Sick pay at the discretion of the company\\n\\n * Company uniform and PPE supplied\\n\\nIf you are interested in this Foot Mobile Engineer role please APPLY NOW
