We're recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management company for an experienced Building Services HVAC Engineer to join the team on a Manufacturing contract in Felling. This is an excellent opportunity for an HVAC Engineer with experience in Building Services, Facilities Management or Commercial Maintenance to deliver planned and reactive maintenance while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, statutory regulations and Permit to Work procedures.
  • Complete maintenance reports, site logbooks and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver a high-quality service.

About You

  • Mechanical Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
  • Experience in Building Services, Facilities Management or Commercial Maintenance.
  • Strong HVAC and mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance.
  • F-Gas qualification is desirable.
