Facilities Manager Salary: £60,000 + £5.8k Car Allowance | Monday to Friday | Essex We’re hiring for a Facilities Manager to oversee the full facilities management operation across a busy production and manufacturing site. The Facilities Manager will take ownership of the TFM operation, overseeing engineering, cleaning, post room and wider service delivery, whilst acting as a key point of contact for the client and ensuring KPIs, SLAs, compliance and service standards are consistently delivered. This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager with a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background and proven experience managing people across a TFM environment. The role is highly client-facing and requires a confident, assertive manager who can also lead with an approachable and empathetic style.
