We are urgently seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from contract award through to completion. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and commercial awareness across live sites, with responsibility for managing contracts typically ranging in value from £50k to £1m.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Take responsibility for contracts, programme delivery, and project performance
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with contractual, health & safety, and quality standards
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated capability in delivering projects within occupied NHS buildings, social housing, and school environments, with a strong understanding of live working environments.
- Experience with programming / project scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and varying priorities
- Willingness to travel as required by project demands
