Electrical Shift Engineer - City of London - Up to £54,000
A leading FM provider is seeking a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to join their team on a continental shift at a high-specification commercial site in the City of London. This is a static role focused on electrical and general building services maintenance.
Responsibilities for the Electrical Shift Engineer:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform fault finding, repairs, and plant room checks across key assets
- Support statutory compliance tasks (e.g. fire alarms, emergency lighting, water treatment)
Requirements for the Electrical Shift Engineer:
- Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an electrically-biased building services role
- Strong understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance
