We are currently recruiting for an experienced Water Hygiene / Water Treatment Engineer to join our team, covering the South East and Greater London region. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major, long-term, secure contracts, with ongoing training and development available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver surveys, quotes, and practical delivery of L8 compliance works
- Carry out remedials, RPZ work, flushing and general water hygiene tasks across multiple sites
- Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance on water system equipment
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting and repairs in line with plumbing codes and manufacturer guidance
- Complete reactive disinfection procedures on domestic and commercial systems
- Carry out PPM monitoring and inspection tasks in line with CAFM systems
- Survey, quote and complete water hygiene and water treatment remedial works
- Produce detailed reports and issue certification for works completed
- Attend technical forums and contribute to service delivery improvements
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of water hygiene and water treatment compliance (L8)
- Experience with remedial works, RPZ valves, and system disinfection
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- High attention to detail with strong reporting skills
- Professional approach with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (travel required)
