We’re looking for an Electrically-biased Building Services Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious Central London portfolio. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.
As a Building Services Engineer, you’ll be:
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
- Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets
- Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times
As a Building Services Engineer, you’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services or facilities maintenance
- Strong electrical background with experience across HVAC and water systems
- Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems
- Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach
