We are working with a growing and well‑respected Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist to recruit a BMS Engineer to support service and project works across multiple commercial sites in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BMS Engineer to join a forward‑thinking team working on high‑end buildings, with a focus on delivering intelligent and integrated BMS solutions.
Role Overview:
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on BMS systems across a portfolio of commercial sites
- Fault finding, diagnosis, and rectification of BMS issues
- Supporting project delivery teams with commissioning and integration when required
- Providing technical support to clients and end users
- Completing service reports and documentation to a high standard
Key Requirements:
- Proven BMS engineering experience working with both Tridium and Trend systems (essential)
- Comfortable with fault finding, small works, and system optimisation
- Good understanding of HVAC plant and control strategies
- Professional, client‑facing and able to work independently
