We’re working with a global facilities management leader to recruit a BMS & Controls Manager for one of the most prestigious and technology-driven commercial sites in London.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of building controls and a passion for driving performance, innovation, and efficiency across a large, high-profile estate.
The Role
- Overseeing the site’s BMS and associated controls infrastructure
- Managing two direct reports within the controls function
- Developing and delivering a comprehensive BMS maintenance and optimisation programme
- Monitoring system performance, reviewing alarms, and ensuring environmental conditions meet design specifications
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a BMS or Controls Manager role (client-side or FM)
- In-depth knowledge of control systems and building services (Trend, Siemens, Tridium, etc.)
