We are seeking an Electrical Bias Supervisor to lead the delivery of engineering services at a flagship site in the heart of The City.

Role Responsibilities
Supervise the onsite engineering team, allocating work and maintaining high engineering standards.
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in line with agreed service levels.
Provide technical leadership across electrical building services, ensuring statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
Manage subcontractors, permits to work, risk assessments, and promote a strong health & safety culture.
Build strong client relationships through excellent communication, operational reporting, and exceptional customer service.
Support minor works, lifecycle planning and CAFM documentation.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Previous experience working within commercial building services or facilities management.
Experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
Good understanding of HVAC plant, BMS systems, UPS, generators, and critical infrastructure.
Desirable:
IOSH or SSSTS qualification.
HV/LV Authorised Person or experience working with high-voltage systems.
