Our client, a leading provider of facilities management services, is seeking an experienced AC Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled AC Engineer to work within a commercial environment, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across a range of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the PPM & reactive maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, and cooling plant equipment within commercial buildings.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs, following company procedures and delivering a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent apprenticeship) and City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas & ODS Category 1 certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role.
- Experienced using CAFM systems.
