We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a global facilities management business on a large campus in Essex. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be:
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
- Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets
- Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will need:
- To be fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience within building services or facilities maintenance
- Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems
- Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach
