We are seeking an Electrical Bias Supervisor to lead the delivery of engineering services at a flagship site in the heart of The City. Role Responsibilities
- Supervise the onsite engineering team, allocating work and maintaining high engineering standards.
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in line with agreed service levels.
- Provide technical leadership across electrical building services, ensuring statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
- Manage subcontractors, permits to work, risk assessments, and promote a strong health & safety culture.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication, operational reporting, and exceptional customer service.
- Support minor works, lifecycle planning and CAFM documentation.
What We're Looking For Essential:
- Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Previous experience working within commercial building services or facilities management.
- Experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
- Good understanding of HVAC plant, BMS systems, UPS, generators, and critical infrastructure.
Desirable:
- IOSH or SSSTS qualification.
- HV/LV Authorised Person or experience working with high-voltage systems.
