Are you a dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse looking for flexible shift work in the Surrey area? Evolve Staffing Ltd. is urgently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RGNs) to support dynamic community nursing teams across Haslemere, Guildford, and Milford. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the community. You will have the flexibility to discuss preferred hours and days, tailoring your work schedule while maintaining an active presence across multiple local bases.
Key Responsibilities & Mandatory Clinical Competencies:
- Wound Care & Drains: Wound Care/Dressings, Plurex Drains, Rocket Drains.
- Bandaging: Compression Bandaging (Please specify which system you are trained in when applying), Doppler.
- Intravenous & Phlebotomy: Phlebotomy, PICC Line flushing, Chemo disconnect.
- Catheterisation: Male Catheterisation, Suprapubic (SP) Catheterisation.
- Medication & Disease Management: Insulin Management and administration, Medication Management (Subcut and IM), Palliative Stat doses, Palliative support and assessments.
- Additional Skills: Digital Rectal Examination (DRE).
Essential Requirements:
- Active NMC Pin and right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience using EMIS Web and EMIS Mobile.
- Valid driving licence with business use insurance and access to a vehicle (must be able to drive between sites in Haslemere, Guildford, Milford, and Waverley).
- An active NHS email address.
