A new opportunity has become available for a Superintendent Pharmacist to join a leading group of community pharmacies across the Midlands. This is a full time, permanent position based predominately at head office in Leicester, where you will be supporting 14-15 branches and indirectly managing around 150 members of staff alongside the pharmacy owner. As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for operations, compliance, branch KPIs and driving patient services. You will also be required to step in as the responsible Pharmacist to cover when required. Salary ranges from £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience, along with a bonus based on company performance.
