Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmacy chain in Northern Ireland who are seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team in Dungannon. You will ensure the effective and efficient operation of the pharmacy to maximise dispensing and services, OTC sales and profitability. You will also ensure that all staff comply with statutory and professional obligations.

Salary Details: From £38,000 + pa DOE

Ideal Requirement for the Pharmacist Manager:

  • Applicants must be a qualified Pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.
  • Ideally experienced in team leadership and management.
  • Completion of any NICPLD/HSCB courses which are compulsory components for delivery service (e.g. PMR).

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager:

  • Dispense prescription medicines per regulations and contracts.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage pharmacy operations.
  • Advise the public on minor ailments and conduct medicine reviews.
  • Review GP orders, identify errors, and prepare medications (compounding, packaging, labelling).
