Evolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for managing the UK marketing budget, handling purchase orders and invoices, supporting the marketing and sales teams, updating content systems, and maintaining organized marketing records.
Position Details
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our client's head office in Hertfordshire, working 3 days a week onsite.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Open to candidates from outside the medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
- Enthusiastic about being involved in the administrative and process aspects of marketing campaigns.
- Experience with SAP and Veeva Promats is preferred.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the UK marketing budget and report regularly to marketing managers, including maintaining the UK budget tracker.
- Support marketing and sales managers with ad-hoc requests and content management system workflows.
- Process and manage invoices with the accounts payable team.
- Coordinate updates to marketing SOPs with the compliance lead and regulatory team.
