Evolve are partnering with one of the world’s leading aesthetics companies who are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join their team. You’ll be leading the development and delivery of a compliant, adaptable Digital Strategy and Operational Plan for our Aesthetics business. In addition, you will provide insights, knowledge, and guidance, while supporting the development and implementation of sustainable and compliant short and long-term plans to meet the company’s commercial objectives.
This is a full-time role, working 3 days per week, based at our clients head office in Hertfordshire.

Ideal Requirements for the Digital Marketing Lead
- Ideally, you will have at least 3 years in the medical industry. (Either pharmaceutical or medical devices)
- Computer literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/CRM.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, creation & management of websites, email marketing, experience running webinars, working in local/regional/global environment, social media management, and experience working with digital agencies and building strong relationships with them.
Role Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Lead
- Implement the digital marketing and virtual medical education strategy and plans, ensuring contribution and alignment with other relevant teams.
- Build and maintain a network of external customers and market influencers to inform strategy and support effective implementation of the digital marketing and virtual medical education plan.
- Enforce the digital marketing plans, including management of HubSpot, our clients websites, education activities and social and e-mail marketing.
- Actively engage and communicate as a Digital ambassador through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the wider business.
