Are you an experienced Territory Sales Manager - or an Occupational Therapist ready to step into a commercial role? Evolve is working with a leading medical equipment supplier looking for a driven and passionate professional to sell specialist patient handling equipment across the South West region. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent cutting-edge products that enhance both patient care and staff safety in hospitals, day surgeries, and care environments.

Who We’re Looking For:

Ideally an experienced Territory Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, with a strong background of sales in patient handling equipment. Alternatively, you could be a qualified Occupational Therapist keen to move into a commercial sales role, particularly if you have experience in:

  • Renal
  • Day Surgery
  • Chemotherapy
  • A&E
  • NHS Procurement

Full UK Driving Licence and a valid passport (international travel required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, establish, and develop new business opportunities across your territory
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their patient handling needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase key benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle
  • Review and report on sales performance, identifying ways to grow your accounts
