We’re Evolve, a team of specialist recruiters connecting exceptional talent with the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences industries. We’re looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our Wakefield HQ.

A Taster of the Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator:
- Preparing CVs prior to submission to clients, as directed by the recruitment team
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for confidential client and candidate information
- Updating and managing internal CRM/database systems with acute accuracy
- Posting new vacancies on internal systems, ensuring full job details are added promptly
- Creating, advertising, and managing job ads across various online platforms
- Providing updates to candidates on application progress
- Assisting in arranging and confirming interviews over the phone
- Creating targeted recruitment mailshots to attract candidates
- Supporting social media activity and content posting using LinkedIn and Canva
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the relevant team members
