We are partnering with a leading MedTech organisation that are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer, focused specifically in capital healthcare equipment. The business is known for its strong engineering culture and reputation for quality, reliability, and long-term customer partnerships. This role suits a self-driven, motivated engineer who enjoys working autonomously, takes ownership of their work, and brings a positive, can-do mindset to customer environments. This is a field-based role, primarily covering the South of the UK, but with some travel required across the whole of the UK to cover annual leave and busy periods.

Ideal Requirements
- Proven experience in a field service or technical support role, ideally working within customer-facing environments.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering, installation, maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work autonomously in the field, diagnose faults, engineer solutions under pressure, and travel within the UK, including occasional unsocial hours and overnight stay.
Role Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service, and maintain advanced capital medical equipment used in operating theatres, critical care, and urgent care environments.
- Act as a trusted technical expert on site, diagnosing faults, resolving breakdowns, and keeping essential clinical systems operating safely and reliably.
- Deliver hands-on user training and clear technical guidance to clinical and engineering teams, building long-term relationships with hospital customers.
- Work autonomously across a defined territory, managing your own schedule while being supported by a national service team and experienced technical leadership.
