Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmacy chain to recruit a Field-based Clinical Pharmacist. This is a great opportunity to provide expert pharmaceutical care across mental health and care settings, conduct prescription reviews, and deliver impactful training to multidisciplinary teams. Ideal for a proactive pharmacist seeking a varied, autonomous role with real clinical impact. This is a permanent position offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, working Monday to Friday.

The role involves supporting hospitals across the North West of the UK, with occasional travel to North Wales, providing a varied and engaging work environment.
