We are partnering with a well-established UK MedTech organisation that is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer. The business is known for its strong engineering culture and reputation for quality, reliability, and long-term customer partnerships. This is a field-based role, covering the UK, but we are ideally looking for somebody based in the South-Central area.

Ideal Requirements for the Field Service Engineer
- Technically qualified: Level 3+ in Electrical Engineering, Installation, Maintenance or a related discipline, with field service experience. Gold Card Electricians with 2391 also welcome.
- Strong problem solver: Confident diagnosing faults and delivering practical solutions independently and under pressure.
- Customer focused: Professional, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Healthcare/NHS experience is advantageous.
- Flexible and proactive: Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to travel, work occasional unsocial hours and stay overnight.
Role Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer
- Install & commission: Take ownership of installing and commissioning a diverse range of medical equipment across leading healthcare environments.
- Diagnose & solve: Use your technical expertise to fault-find, repair and maintain equipment, delivering effective solutions when it matters most.
