This is a full-time, permanent, field-based position , with occasional office-based working in Staffordshire .

Ideal Requirements for the Field Training Manager
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred , with a strong understanding of the commercial and sales environment.
Inspire and Engage Through Learning - Use your strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver engaging learning experiences that make a genuine impact on people’s performance and development.
CIPD, coaching, learning and development, or recognised professional training qualifications would be advantageous.
Bring Learning to Life Across Different Environments - Deliver engaging learning experiences both virtually and face-to-face, while using your organisational skills and learning systems expertise to ensure programmes run smoothly and effectively.
