We’re recruiting a Digital Campaign Manager (Web Delivery) to join a leading digital agency working on a high-profile global automotive brand. This role sits within a central digital delivery team responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering web campaigns and digital initiatives across multiple brands and international markets.
You’ll be client-facing, owning the end-to-end delivery of smaller web briefs while supporting on larger, more complex initiatives led by senior team members. The environment is collaborative, structured and delivery-focused, with close partnership across creative, production, QA and near/offshore development teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with early to mid-level experience in digital or web delivery who’s ready to take more ownership and grow their autonomy.
The role:
- Own the delivery of web and digital campaign briefs from intake through to launch
- Build and manage timelines, task plans and dependencies
- Act as the day-to-day client contact for assigned initiatives, providing clear updates and managing expectations
- Coordinate creative, development and QA teams, including near/offshore partners
- Take responsibility for quality control and launch readiness
- Track delivery milestones, risks and progress, escalating issues where needed
- Support senior delivery leads on larger, multi-market initiatives
About you:
- You have experience in digital, web or campaign delivery, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment
- You’ve worked on web pages, digital campaigns or CMS-led projects
- You’re comfortable being client-facing and discussing timelines, scope and delivery feasibility
- You’re organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership
- You’re keen to continue developing within digital delivery/campaign management
