We’re working with an award-winning international media agency looking for an experienced Client Business Director to join its Client Leadership team and take a senior role on a major global account. This is a high-profile opportunity for someone who is highly organised, efficient and confident operating across complex international structures. You’ll help shape a new account setup, create clear processes and ensure teams, markets and specialist functions deliver against agreed timelines and standards.
This is an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start preferred. There is also the possibility for the role to become permanent following the initial 6-month contract period.
The opportunity
You’ll act as a senior operational and client leadership lead across a large multi-market account, helping establish effective ways of working, governance, reporting and delivery frameworks. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, local market teams and specialist functions across media, strategy, data and analytics, ensuring reporting, dashboards and key deliverables are built and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships and coordinate delivery across multiple markets and specialist teams
- Create and embed processes, governance frameworks and clear ways of working
- Set key client deliverables and timelines, motivating teams to deliver consistently and to a high standard
- Partner with data and analytics teams on dashboards, reporting and performance outputs
- Work closely with local teams on client requests, quality improvements and ongoing service delivery
- Oversee client surveys, scope, MSAs and key contractual commitments
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience within a media or integrated agency
- Strong Director-level experience across global or multi-market accounts
- Exceptional organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating structure, processes and accountability across complex teams
- Strong understanding of media, data, reporting and measurement
- Confidence and gravitas with senior clients and agency stakeholders
- A proactive, self-starting approach with strong communication skills
- You’re likely currently working as a Business Director, Client Services Business Director, Global Client Director, Planning Director or similar within a media or integrated agency.
