An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing digital activation team at a leading, independently owned media agency. This is a client-facing role focused on digital media activation across Paid Social, YouTube, and Partner Direct buys, supporting high-profile campaigns for a mix of brands mainly in the entertainment space. You'll work end-to-end across digital campaign planning and buying, optimisation, and reporting — while also playing a key role in contributing to innovation within the agency's digital capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital media activation across Paid Social, YouTube, and Partner Direct buys for your clients.
  • Set up and optimise campaigns across key digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Manage regular client communication and client reports, providing insight, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis (PCAs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and buying reviews.
  • Contribute to innovation and testing plans, supporting the senior team in developing digital roadmaps.
  • Oversee day-to-day activity of the team and respond to ad hoc client requests.
  • Champion the use of new digital platforms and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Recommend improvements to working practices to enhance the agency’s digital planning and buying function.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working in a media agency digital activation/or biddable role.
  • Strong platform knowledge, including hands-on experience with: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager (including YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, and Prisma.
  • In-depth understanding of best practices across paid digital platforms.
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and stay current on platform updates and media innovations.
