For Companies Infrastructure Team Lead
Evolve ERP is working with a key manufacturing client in the UK that is experiencing rapid growth. They are restructuring the IT department and are seeking an Infrastructure Team Lead.
You will manage a team of six technical specialists, act as the SME for infrastructure, endpoints, and security, and ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the client\’s IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of IT engineers, providing technical escalation and guidance.
Oversee daily support operations including ServiceNow tickets, Active Directory, and endpoint deployment.
Manage and optimise infrastructure across servers, storage, networks and security in collaboration with Group/Corporate IT.
Ensure system uptime, proactive monitoring, and effective disaster recovery and backup processes.
Implement and refine ITIL-based processes for incident, problem and change management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce incidents.
Deliver upgrades, migrations, deployments and other IT projects.
Conduct security and compliance audits and prepare monthly performance and project reports.
This hybrid role is onsite in Coventry four days per week with one day working from home. Salaries up to £70,000 base, a 12.5% bonus and great benefits including a high pension and other incentives.
