This is a full-time, on-site role located in Knutsford for a Senior Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor (PM/QS). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation to completion, including cost management, project scheduling, and client consultation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Expediting project milestones
- Coordinating logistics
- Conducting inspections
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success
Qualifications:
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely project progression and resource allocation
- Skills in Inspection to assess and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in project or construction management are preferred
- Experience in commercial or residential construction sectors is an advantage
- Excellent management and communication skills
