We are seeking a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join a busy and established team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by providing administrative/sales support to the sales team and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves managing sales documentation, processing orders and maintaining customer records.
Duties:
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer portal.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and follow ups.
- Raise and respond to enquiries.
- Speak with other departments to ensure customer journey runs smoothly without delays.
- Monitor and respond to enquiries in the mailboxes.
