We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors, as well as preparing quotations and processing sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Proactively contact customers to generate sales opportunities and follow up on enquiries
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations accurately and promptly
  • Process customer orders and complete order entry tasks efficiently
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and order information
  • Perform sales analysis and prepare sales reports using spreadsheets
  • Monitor sales performance and assist with forecasting
  • Track sales activity using Excel spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders, stock, and deliveries
