Our client based in Lye have a need for Order Processors on a temporary to permanent basis.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 17.00)
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Processing basic to highly complex prescription orders.
- Responsible for a specific territory supporting the sales manager.
- Handling pricing queries.
- Develop good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service.
- Resolving queries with orders timely and efficiently.
- Investigation of errors.
- Working with a team of Associates to ensure department metrics are adhered to.
- E Shop Orders.
- Order Processing.
- General administration.
