Our client based in Telford requires experienced foundry operatives to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. Candidates will be asked to train on days for a few weeks before going onto a permanent night shift.
Training hours: 06.00 am to 16.15 pm Monday to Wednesday, 14.35 pm finish on Thursday. Training rate while on days: £13.20 per hour.
Night Shift hours: 08.00 pm to 18.15 am Monday to Wednesday, 16.00 pm to 12.30 pm Thursday. Night Shift rate: £17.10 per hour.
Our client would like to take on candidates with Foundry experience; if candidates do not have a Foundry background they must be able to demonstrate a good manufacturing background. Candidates must also be aware that working in a Foundry can be heavy, dusty and noisy and it will also be hot in the summer due to working with molten metal.
