For Companies Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production MIG Welder for our client in the Lye, Stourbridge area. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key skills:
- MIG Welding working with mild steel primarily, other materials would be a bonus
- Welding in a production type environment
- Working accurately and efficiently
Duties of the Production MIG Welder:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures
- Read and interpret drawings
- Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards
- Use power tools and hand tools to prepare materials for welding
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday: 4:00pm finish. Overtime regularly required to suit business needs.
