We are recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join a busy team where you will enjoy a varied role, responsible for all aspects of payroll and processing across a number of sites.
Duties:
- Time and attendance administration.
- Creation of clock cards, identifying and reporting anomalies, calculating average holiday pay, ensuring alignment of associate holidays, calculating zero lost time.
- Inputting, processing and administering all aspects of payroll and benefits.
- Assisting with the checking of 4‑weekly payroll for sign off which will include producing reports, BACS submissions and all third‑party payments ensuring all transactions are auditable.
- Calculate overtime, salary increases, shift.
