NPI Manager

We are recruiting for an NPI Manager to join an established Manufacturing business based in the Dudley area. The NPI Manager will work to achieve change and drive improvement , also maintaining clear communication throughout NPI projects . As the NPI Manager you will be required too : * Monitor costs of raw material and manufacturing costs * Maintain the development of a BOM bill of materials and scope for ERP manufacturing systems * Support and manage a CRM system to track projects and new developments * Work on projects to support the optimisation of energy meeting objectives for sustainable manufacturing * Managing communication throughout sample and NPI projects * Create an enhanced NPI process that coordinates the sample process from start to finish * Support concepts and improvements in inspection * Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and any developments to stakeholders * Work closely with tooling engineers, external suppliers, scanning, pattern shops and suppliers * Co ordinate and maintain QC systems according to Quality Management Requirements: * Experienced in an NPI Lead/Manager position * Familiar with quality operations PPAP/APQP or equivalent * Experienced in the application of Quality tools for New product Introduction DFMEA, PFMEA * Able to drive Change and Improvement * Able to implement best practice solutions * Experienced in Manufacturing environments If you would be interested in the position of NPI Manager please apply now and we will be in touch shortly
