An exciting role for a Clinical Training Manager working alongside the Sales department for the Hearing Aid Wholesale Channel. The role will cover the UK and Ireland, this is a field based role. You will be ideally based in the West Midlands as you will cover UK wide, however East Midlands will also be okay.
The Clinical Training Manager is responsible for delivering high quality clinical training on all aspects of hearing aid technology and fitting across the UK & Ireland. Supporting both customers in both NHS and private channels and internal teams, this role plays a key part in strengthening customer confidence, supporting product adoption, and elevating the overall customer experience through engaging, evidence-based training.
This position offers a £50k basic with some negotiation depending upon knowledge and experience. A full range of benefits available including a fully expensed company car.
- Deliver engaging, dynamic, and clinically accurate training sessions on hearing aid technology, fitting software, connectivity, and best practice audiology.
- Facilitate lectures and hands on workshops at customer events, national conferences, professional development meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Provide onboarding training for new customers to ensure seamless adoption of products and technology across all channels.
- Conduct training in multiple formats including in person sessions, field visits, remote webinars, and office-based workshops.
