Sales Order Processors - Immediate Start
Our client based in Lye have a need for Order Processors on an a temporary to permanent basis
Hours of Work:
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 09.00 - 17.00)
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- 1 Processing basic to highly complex prescription orders.
- 2 Responsible for a specific territory supporting the sales manager.
- 3 Handling pricing queries.
- 4 Develop good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service.
- 5 Resolving queries with orders timely and efficiently.
- 6 Investigation of errors.
- 7 Working with a team of Associates to ensure department metrics are adhered to.
- 8 E Shop Orders
- 9 Order Processing
- 10 General administration.
