We are now recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Manager who will ensure payroll activities are delivered and meet legislative, statutory requirements, working to improve standards across the UK and Ireland. In this role you will lead and develop the payroll service providing a quality service whilst maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.As the Payroll & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for: Managing and processing any changes to payroll recordsManaging full compliance with all statutory payments and deadlinesManagement of staff within the payroll department ensuring that objectives are met in a timely mannerManaging the payroll system with up to date legislative changesManaging and supporting the implementation of new payroll services to ensure a seamless serviceWorking closely with the HR department to continuously improve processes and information flowsReview payroll processes and make proposals for improvementsManage an end to end payroll service (checking of new employees, variations to contracts, payments, deductions and terminations)Liaise with staff and management on any payroll related queriesRequirements: A vast knowledge and experience of using payroll systemsExperience of managing pensions, salary sacrifice, car schemes and company benefitsAble to work to deadlines and prioritise in a demanding environmentAble to produce information and accurate reports and to present informationExcellent customer care skillsAble to communicate payroll issues effectivelyWork with a wide range of people, developing relationships at all levelsAttention to detail and able to understand and apply complex informationIf you would be interested in the position of Payroll and Benefits Manager please apply now with your up to date CV.
