You scroll for fun, but you can't help noticing the hook, the edit, the caption that actually lands. You've probably already thought “I could make this better.” If that's you, we want to talk.
Evolve My Media is a creative-led, data-driven social media agency helping ambitious brands grow through standout content and smart paid performance. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Social Media Account Executive to join our delivery team - someone early in their career who's organised, hungry to learn, and genuinely obsessed with content.
You'll work closely with our Account Managers and creative team, helping turn strategy into content that actually performs - across organic social, paid creative, and client communications. This is a brilliant first or second step for someone who wants real agency experience, fast.
What You'll Be Doing- Day to day, you'll be the glue between strategy, creative, and client delivery - making sure great ideas actually go out on time, on brand, and on point.
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client delivery - scheduling, reporting, content trackers, and account admin.
- Help plan, write, and schedule organic social content across client accounts.
- Work with our creative team to brief, organise, and chase content - keeping projects moving and deadlines met.
- Monitor social channels and community management: replying to comments/DMs, flagging opportunities and issues.
- Pull together performance reports, helping translate platform data into simple, useful takeaways for clients.
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and culture - and bring fresh content ideas to the table.
- Join client calls and internal meetings, taking notes and owning follow-up actions.
- Build towards owning smaller client accounts independently as you grow in the role.
- You don't need to know everything yet. You do need to care, communicate well, and want to get better every single week.
- 1–2 years' experience in social media, marketing, or a content/creative role (agency experience is a bonus, not a must).
- A genuine passion for social media and content - you understand what makes people stop scrolling and why.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - you can talk to clients and creatives alike.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- A proactive, can-do attitude - you ask questions, take feedback well, and take ownership of your work.
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling/reporting platforms (or quick to pick them up).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fast-moving environment.
- We're building the most creative, results-driven social media agency in the region - and we want people who want to grow with us, not just clock in.
- Real client exposure from day one - no busywork, no being kept in the dark.
- Direct mentorship from Account Managers and senior creatives who'll actually invest in you.
- A clear progression path - our best Account Executives become Account Managers.
- A culture built on fast feedback, creativity, and genuinely caring about the work.
- The chance to work across exciting, ambitious DTC and SME brands - not the same tired clients.
