Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Revit MEP Technician / Design Co-Ordinator located in Birmingham, with some flexibility for working from home. The Revit Technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed design drawings using Revit software. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders, troubleshooting design issues, and ensuring designs meet all relevant standards and specifications. The technician will also be involved in the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Revit for detailed design work
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems is essential
