More About Us:
We believe in being transparent so here’s some things we think you should know if you’re considering working for us… We’re specialists in all aspects of residential conveyancing – and we like to blow our own trumpet, because we’re pretty good at it too! Though we have a lot of repeat clients, we also enjoy some great relationships with Estate Agents and new build developers, both locally and further afield. Our MD enjoys technology – so we’re mainly paperless and continually looking at ways we can streamline. This can be a very different style of working to traditional practices and can take a while to get used to, but with so many benefits in efficiency and service delivery, we wouldn’t go back! We’re really busy, all the time; you should expect targets and KPIs to form part of your role. With this in mind, expect to participate fully in active performance management designed to help you achieve amazing results. Customer service is mission critical; liaising with clients is an integral part of every role in the business, we expect incoming calls to be answered and like to hear colleagues offering assistance on files that may not be their own. Every client is a client of Evolve, not just the person named on the file. We encourage our colleagues to participate fully in Evolve life both in work (think training, upskilling, collaborative working and innovative thinking) and socially to team-build (from competitive events such as go-karting and bowling, to more relaxed BBQs). There will no doubt be times when rolling your sleeves up and going the extra mile is needed. We don’t necessarily mean working late as we are firm believers in work life balance; this is about vocalising capacity, being available for others and jumping-in when needed. These all form part of the Evolve cultural mindset.
