Senior Business Analyst (12-Month FTC), Edinburgh (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office), £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Responsibilities
This role focuses on understanding and improving operational processes, leading requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, vendor selection activities, and supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working. You will work closely with both technology and business teams to help deliver meaningful change across a complex operational environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in process mapping
- Experience in business change
- Experience in systems transformation
- Stakeholder engagement
- Experience delivering change initiatives from discovery through to implementation
- Experience within technology, operational, logistics, transport, or service-driven environments would be advantageous
