We are supporting a client who is looking for an experienced L&D Business Partner to join a high-performing, forward-thinking learning team. This is a genuinely impactful role; you will partner closely with senior stakeholders, shaping learning strategy and delivering initiatives that drive performance, growth, and engagement across the business.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with leaders to understand capability needs and business priorities
- Design and deliver innovative learning solutions (in-person and virtual)
- Lead key L&D projects aligned to wider strategy
- Provide coaching to individuals and teams
- Build inclusive, engaging development experiences across the organisation
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience delivering impactful L&D interventions
- Strong facilitation skills and stakeholder credibility
- Experience with coaching and/or psychometric tools
- A commercial mindset with the ability to link learning to outcomes
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels
