Evolve IT are partnering with a leading professional services firm in Glasgow to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing L&D team and become the go-to expert for all things LMS.
The Role:
- You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s Learning Management System, acting as the super user and single point of contact.
- Managing and updating mandatory learning across Regulatory, Compliance and Legal areas in a highly regulated environment.
- Designing, testing, delivering and refreshing engaging eLearning modules in collaboration with SMEs, using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Supporting HR with creative content for leadership development, personal growth and people management programmes.
- Contributing to L&D modules for consulting services in the financial sector.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven end-to-end LMS management experience.
- Extensive experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Strong reporting skills, ideally using Power BI.
- Creative flair for developing engaging content; experience with gamification or AI in L&D is highly desirable.
