Were supporting a client whos looking for an experienced L&D Business Partner to join a high-performing, forward-thinking learning team. This is a genuinely impactful role youll partner closely with senior stakeholders, shaping learning strategy and delivering initiatives that drive performance, growth, and engagement across the business.

What youll be doing:

  • Partner with leaders to understand capability needs and business priorities
  • Design and deliver innovative learning solutions (in-person and virtual)
  • Lead key L&D projects aligned to wider strategy
  • Provide coaching to individuals and teams
  • Build inclusive, engaging development experiences across the organisation

What were looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering impactful L&D interventions
  • Strong facilitation skills and stakeholder credibility
  • Experience with coaching and/or psychometric tools
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to link learning to outcomes
  • Curious, proactive and comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels
