Our client is a growing engineering and technology consultancy delivering projects across infrastructure, energy, and the built environment. As their project portfolio continues to expand, they are looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager / Design Lead to support the delivery of a wide range of minor works and infrastructure requirements across their property portfolio in the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being involved early in the project lifecycle. The role offers a strong blend of project management and technical coordination, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently from concept through to delivery planning.

The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple projects at once, helping to coordinate design activity, manage programmes, and ensure practical, buildable solutions are delivered in line with safety, quality, and operational requirements.

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Experience delivering infrastructure, construction, or refurbishment projects
  • A strong technical understanding, ideally with a civil, structural, or construction background
  • Previous exposure to early-stage project delivery and design coordination
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is equally comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward independently.

In return, our client offers a flexible and supportive working environment alongside a competitive salary, bonus scheme, professional development support, hybrid working arrangements, and additional leave over Christmas.

If this sounds like the right next step in your career, please apply with your latest CV for a confidential discussion.
