An exciting, newly created opportunity has arisen within our clients dynamic and fast-growing Head Office team near Kingston Upon Thames.
This specialist team will be responsible for shaping and delivering nationwide grievance management, making this a fantastic chance to step into a role with real influence and visibility.

What you'll do
?
Manage and coordinate formal and informal grievance cases
?
Conduct fact-finding and investigation meetings
?
Provide advisory guidance and coaching to the supporting team
?
Draft outcome letters and maintain accurate case documentation
?
Provide practical ER guidance to managers & feedback on case learnings
?
Carry out of any disciplinary processes, where required
?
Ensure full compliance with employment legislation
?
Provide advisory guidance and coaching to the supporting team

Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and HR best practices
?
Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional workplace culture
What you'll need
?
A legal qualification/ CIPD Level 7 (with specialist EL/advanced EL optional units) isdesirable
?
Solid understanding of grievance procedures and ACAS code of practice
?
Significant Employee Relations experience, advising middle management and up todate labour law knowledge
?
Experience of leading grievance investigations and delivering outcomes
?
Highly developed in handling complex, sensitive and confidential matters
