Position Overview:
As the Account Manager, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, elevation of the brand, and uncovering new opportunities within existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship building skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary contact. Gain a deep understanding of their needs, preferences, and market trends to create ranges and present Le Toy Van accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive product launches, promotions, and effective inventory management.
- Market Analysis: Regularly conduct market analyses to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and explore expansion opportunities within key accounts.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management, detailing key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Customer Support: Promptly address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Networking: Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and strengthen industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven client relationship building and account management, preferably within the retail sector.
